Abstract
Areas of review in this paper should draw attention in defining the harmful effects of software viruses within a network population of computer servers with emphasis on risk, science and law that may provide the greatest benefit to prevent or to remedy the damaging effects. The intent of the review is to : a)id in risk population ID; b)uild mathematical models and, c)alculate results.
Introduction
A)ssessments of software virus risk to national networks of computers requires the development of mathematical endpoints that represent rules for various virus exposures. Among the areas of science and law employed in the relevant risk assessment of harmful software viruses upon the individual and international community.
B)ase parameters are discussed with emphasis on the the impact they could have on individual community exposure and through association to the global community at large and, its response to the harmful effects of software viruses.
C)alculate the {RISK}Relevant Information Supplying Knowledge such as age of hardware/software; speed/delivery status; economic/wealth status and educational preparation.
This paper further explores {STEPS}Strategies To Effective Problem Solving - through areas of risk, science and law as:

The answer to health is in the word {HEALTH}Helping Every Age Live Today Healthy…As the world’s first Acroneticist and award-winning inventor of {ACRONETICS}A Communications Resource Offering New Expression To Improve Core Success…at the University of Florida, I have seriously pondered this question: how to improve global health?
As America works to develop a better health care system, I feel a duty to take a shot at an answer to this question, employing my “word technology” that views each word as a complex knowledge system in and of itself with its own “DNA” – Dynamic Non-linear Answer.
Today, we should look at what I have coined {PIPES}Professionals + Insurers + Pharmaceuticals + Employers + Suppliers and, how these “PIPES” {PROFIT}Produce Return On Financial Investment Today, in a “unhealthy” way. There appears to be a large degree of {FAT}Flawed Asymmetrical Thought that weighs down the market and “real” profits. This “FAT” negatively impacts global health systems.
These “PIPES” have the potential to represent [CHANGE}Creating Habits Around New Global Efficiency thus leading to "measurable" {CHANGE} Creating Health Around New Global Effectiveness.
"PIPES" may consider looking closer at a value added system called{FAIR}Focused Approach Improving Responsibility that helps all involved - including - country, community, citizen and corporation profit.
If "PIPES" reduce their {FAT}Flawed Asymmetrical Thought then their 21st Century approach to profit should come from a truly "FAIR" exchange.
Healthy patients are the best but, "PIPES" see people with abnormalities as the prime market thus the "FAT."
